About Roadside Services

Roadside Services exists to make one thing simple: when something goes wrong with your vehicle, you make one call and we work out what's needed.

One call. Whatever the problem.

Most motorists don't know — and shouldn't have to work out — whether their situation needs a mechanic, a recovery truck, a mobile tyre fitter, a diagnostic technician or a battery specialist. You tell us what's happened, where you are and what the vehicle is doing, and we arrange the appropriate assistance through our roadside network of independent technicians and recovery operators.

Local to High Wycombe

We're based around High Wycombe in Buckinghamshire and arrange assistance across approximately a 30-mile radius, covering towns such as Beaconsfield, Marlow, Amersham, Chesham, Maidenhead, Slough and Aylesbury, subject to availability.

How we work

Assistance is arranged through vetted independent roadside technicians and recovery operators rather than a single depot, which means the right vehicle and equipment can be matched to your job. Where a fault can be safely resolved at the roadside, that's the aim. Where it can't, recovery to your home, a garage or another destination can be arranged instead.

We don't promise arrival times we can't control, and we won't tell you a vehicle can be fixed at the roadside when it can't. Call us, describe the problem, and you'll get a realistic view of what happens next.
