These terms apply to services arranged by Roadside Services. They are a starting point and should be reviewed by the business, and updated with its registered company details, before publication.
The service we provide
Roadside Services arranges roadside assistance, mobile repairs, mobile tyre services, battery assistance, diagnostics and vehicle recovery through a network of independent technicians and recovery operators. Assistance is subject to availability, location and the suitability of the vehicle and site.
Arrival times
Any estimated arrival time is an estimate only. Actual arrival depends on location, traffic, weather, the assistance required and current availability.
Roadside repairs
Not every fault can be repaired at the roadside. Where a safe or effective repair is not possible, recovery can be arranged instead, which may incur an additional charge.
Pricing and payment
Charges depend on the vehicle, the assistance required, your location and, for recovery, distance. Prices will be explained before work is arranged. Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate vehicle, location and fault information
- Remain with the vehicle where required, or agree access arrangements in advance
- Ensure you are legally entitled to authorise work on or movement of the vehicle
Cancellation
Tell us as soon as possible if you no longer need assistance. A charge may apply where a technician or recovery vehicle has already been dispatched.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
